Who we are
Invenio was founded in 2009 by Phil Clarke, who brought his 17 years in the recruitment business to the party, as well as a specialist team whose drive, dedication and focused expertise have helped us get people into the right jobs, in the right way, despite the toughest market conditions imaginable. We’ve done that because we know what we’re doing, and we actually really care about what’s best for our candidates and our clients.
Over the past two years, we’ve had the privilege of working with some amazing candidates, whilst developing fantastic long-term relationships with leading retail brands. But the story of our success has only just begun, so let’s get to work helping you write the next chapter of yours.
What we do
We place permanent, contract, and interim candidates into roles that are right for them, and our clients. By taking the time to fully understand the needs of both parties, we ensure a successful match is made; consistently managing the recruitment process at a pace that suits everyone.
We believe successful recruitment is about much more than finding a candidate that can do the job, it’s about sourcing that person who really wants it; someone well-suited to the culture of the company; who can genuinely relate to its values.
We search and select candidates with great care, saving everyone time and money. And we also run recruitment campaigns on behalf of our clients; enabling them to get on with their business, whilst we take care of ours.
